DMCA Policy for Storia Pokemon Game Boy
Storia Pokemon Game Boy (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and promptly process notices of alleged infringement. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notice of copyright infringement and for filing a counter-notification.
This policy applies to all users of our services and content, including but not limited to games, applications, websites, and any associated materials provided by Storia Pokemon Game Boy.
Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on or through our services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include substantially the following:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Storia Pokemon Game Boy will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material.
Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, it must include substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Storia Pokemon Game Boy may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity on our services within 10-14 business days, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or enable access to it.
